Service manager / deputy production manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Independent management, organization and further development of our technical service department
Central point of contact for national and international customers in service cases
Assessment, prioritization and follow-up of service requests
Planning and coordination of service, maintenance and technician assignments
Coordination of technical solutions with electrical engineering, software and design engineering
Preparation of service and maintenance plans and documentation of all service cases
Commercial management of the service: quotations, billable services, costs and final costing
Deputizing for the production manager exclusively during their absence, including coordination of ongoing assembly work

Master electrician, technician, engineer or comparable technical qualification
Experience in electrical engineering, automation or special-purpose machine building
Sound understanding of electrical control systems and industrial machines
Strong organizational skills, customer focus and the ability to make independent decisions
Good to very good written and spoken English is required
Confident manner, strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
Experience in service coordination or staff management is an advantage
