Industrial Laser Engraving
Metal, Plastic, Glass and More
From the initial idea to implementation – with decades of experience as a manufacturer and software developer, we are the right partner for choosing the optimal laser engraving system. Laser engraving removes material in a targeted way, creating a permanent, tactile recess. Together with you, we select the optimal solution for your application and task from a wide range of systems and options.
Technology
One Process – Many Materials
Targeted material removal for permanent, tactile recesses with pronounced contrast. Robust against mechanical and chemical influences – ideal wherever maximum durability is required.
Applying ultra-fine structures, textures, logos and markings to rollers, tools and injection moulds. Precise contours without mechanical tool wear and without any contact with the part.
Permanently engraved serial numbers, DataMatrix, QR and barcodes as well as forgery-proof nameplates directly in the component. Easily readable by the human eye and by vision systems.
Thanks to the wide selection of laser sources, metals, plastics, ceramic, glass and other materials can be engraved gently and without damage. Contours and codes are easy to program and modify in our marking software.

About the Process
The Benefits of Laser Engraving
Our in-house software and hardware make operation simple and intuitive and give our customers maximum flexibility. Standardized interfaces connect to fieldbus systems – for example to set the component serial number or to pass product data on for traceability.
Permanent, tactile engravings with outstanding durability – readable by both people and machines.
The engraving is embedded firmly in the material – abrasion-resistant and resistant to mechanical and chemical influences.
The material removal creates a tactile recess with pronounced contrast – readable by people and vision systems.
No ink, labels, masks or chemicals – a clean, low-residue process.
With the right wavelength (UV to IR), a wide variety of materials can be engraved to suit each material.
Contours, logos and codes can be freely programmed and modified – even the finest structures are possible.
As a tool, the laser works without contact – no tool wear and no mechanical stress on the component.
Tamper-proof marking applied directly to the component – no labels or stickers.
Serial numbers and DataMatrix codes as the basis for end-to-end traceability, ready for further processing in your higher-level system.
Flexibly integrates into existing production workflows – from manual workstations to fully automated lines.
