Laser Application Centre
& Feasibility
We develop the optimal process for manufacturing your products using laser material processing – for you and together with you. To this end, we have set up an extensive laser application centre that reflects real industrial practice. Laser sources with wavelengths from UV to IR, scan heads and motion systems as well as fixtures are available, covering a wide range of laser applications.
Process Development
Network, Fixtures & Production Readiness
For new processes, we have developed an extensive network of hardware manufacturers who can provide us with additional laser source types at short notice. Fixtures optimally tailored to your components are manufactured in our rapid workshop. This allows us to quickly develop reliable laser processes on your components that are suitable for volume production and stable in day-to-day operation.

Parameter Windows & Process Stability
As part of the application tests, we develop practical parameter windows. The stability of the laser processes is verified and ensured in combination with process monitoring tools. These activities are carried out on our premises before the project engineering phase in order to clarify feasibility. Of course, we are also happy to help you commission our solutions at your site – and, if you wish, to support you right through to the start of volume production in your facility.
